are they legal ANYWHERE?
and are they legal in Maryland, where under-NEONS are illegal!

 

I think it just depends where you are at. I know that in Texas radar detectors are legal. And that any neons on the exterior of the car are illegal. (like under the car ones, license plate frames, and any other neon accent)

 

They are illegal in VA on the east coast. I know every state from Maine to Florida they are all legal there trust me have been through all the states driving very fast through all of them. Not all neons are illegal also just depends on the color usually. VA IS A BAD STATE to drive in, they dont even want a radar detector PLUGGED IN. I have been fortunate so far in my travels.
