I HAVE A 1999 LANCER AND I WANT TO PUT IN A PIONEER HEAD UNIT BUT I CAN NOT IDENTIFY THE COLOUR CODES ON THE WIRES FOR THE LANCER CAN ANY ONE HELP ME

 

if you cannot tell the difference between the color wires, then im sorry to say but you're SOL. (**** out of luck)

Not Necessarily, Go to your dealer and see if the mechanics will let you peek at some of the sevice manuals, you need the electrical service manual. it will have a wiring diagram in it for the sereo, photocopy it and you're golden dude.
