I'm driving home today and I pull up to a stoplight at the end of a song on the old N.E.R.D. album, and well, it stops. Right at Track 5 4:22 secondswith Random. It's the stock headunit. I've tried turning the car off, and turning it back on, but that didn't work. I would undo the battery, but that would screw with my viper alarm, right?

Any ideas?

follow the instructions on here to take out the deck, but instead of taking it out, unplug it for 5 mins and then it should work...


this way you're cutting power to the deck without losing your trip odometer reading, alarm settings, etc

 

could just try pulling the radio fuse. that will cut the power and you wont have to take the radio out
