So i recntly installed the RRM turbokit and PIGGYBACK V2 but it seems im having a lil problem with my idle.......it idles like ****......when i turn the car on some times it cuts right back off and when its finally runnin when i drive and slow down to a stop it cuts off........ive checked all my vacum lines to see if there is a vac leak but there is none...im boosting just fine but my idle is garbage....im really upset about this.....i Really dont now what the problem is but its messing me all up....I would love for the whip to run right but i just cant seem to get it to do it....ive tried the whole ecu learn and relearn process but i just doesnt seem to work out for me wat so ever.

 

I thought you couldn't use the Piggy with the turbo kit unless it was tunned for the turbo set up.

 

Try calling RRM.

 

yeah if its the regular piggy then it wont work for Turbo kit....or if u got the stage2 and they acidently send u the worng piggy....or u didt do somthing right....CALL RRM!! best advice we can give..

 

I know RRM had a second map done to clear up the rough idle, but if you're turbo that might all change. Definitely contact RRM...

 

the 04 kits come with the piggy tuned for turbo, if this has been hapening since the turbo install you might have a bad map load, other than that make sure to check all your wires also not just the vac lines ( the ones on the ecu & intake mani ) and call RRM im sure they can point you in the right direction
