which tuner offers email flash for Lancer OZ 02' ??
need to know which tuners out there offer email flashes for the base 2002 lancer OZ rally. Reason is, i have the ecuflash software and tactrix cable already because i use it on my 06' evo. a buddy of mine has a base lancer and we wanted to flash a more performance oriented map on there using it. we wanted to experiment w/ a flash on the lancer to see what it does. any tuners pls PM me? thx

I don't know of anyone off the top of my head but I'm sure you can find some if you look in the evo section since they tend to be more commonly flashed. I know dynoflash offers mail-in flashes but I'm don't know about email flashes.
