ECUFlash help

Ok so ive read the numerous threads that senate and others have posted bout flashing the evo rom on the lancer ecu. im running into the issue of adding the periphery into my xml to disable the immobilizer
https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/la...wap-works.html
i copied the added tables and pasted it to the xml as instructed...when i open ecuflash, i dont see the "periphery bits" under misc. or anywhere. i do however see the "immobilizer" option and the hex is at "0", but no other options. did i miss something somewhere? the rom im using is 94170715

Just do this, its much easyer:

http://www.projecttuning.com/lancerRoms/ ... Unzip the files and put the 81870017 file in the rommetadata folder and then open the ROM (LancerAutoBigMaps) in ECUFlash. Dont forget to put the "lancerreadtemplets" in the directory too!

get the 9653 tephra rom and use it, or get the 9417 but that link is broken. both have those immobilizer and obdII and all that periphery bits already there.

Its sounds to me like you dont have the right xml file to show you all the tables. If I am not mistaken that rom is the Tephra version correct? I had this issue as well, I can email you my xml file if you like to see if that fixes your issue

each tephra should have the accompanying xml file, and you should ALWAYS get a new xml if you download or re-download the rom, cause they change the xml out sometimes, or re-structure it....and get rid of all your old ones, just the newest one is all you want to load..

Oh, um...some of the older versions won't work with certain things, like blobbits and all that crap. I don't know which things they are, but maybe the old version is the problem?

i first tried it with the newest version of ecuflash and didnt see anything...then i uninstalled ecuflash and re-installed the 1.29 cause i thought maybe it was cause im using the 1.3U cable...i can see the immobilzer tab under the misc and when i open it, the hex reads "0000"
