Exhaust manifold bolts on Evo. The same as OZ?

Can someone tell me positively if the exhaust manifold bolts on the 2003-2004 Evo 8 are the same as the exhaust manifold bolts on the 2002 OZ Rally?

no...the evo is part of the 4g6X series...if your looking for a tubular exhaust manifold....your gonna have to look for one from the 4g9X series...check RPW im not sure if they have it or not

No, I need to replace the nuts that connect my RRM header to my engine (head). I want to use ARP nuts, but they only support the Evo 8 engine. I assumed they'd be the same since they're just bolts/nuts/whatever-they-are

bump, aren't the nuts the same? they gotta be. I'm refering to the ones that hold on the exhaust manifold... not the heat sheild, but the manifold it self

You can just replace them with hardware store bolts if you're in a pinch. A bolt is a bolt, an the magnesium (I believe that's what it is) coating burns off after some time anyway. No sense in sweating over it imo.

...I reread your post and realized you might be talking about the studs. If that's what you mean, then I have no idea. They are not necessarily the same however, so be cautioned. See if someone makes a Mirage stud kit or check the Mirage forums to see if they've found a kit that fits or the measurements for a custom stud kit.
