voltage stabilizer?

voltage stabilizer?

I saw those on the asian magazine all the time, that's why I want to put one on my ride too, but I want some opinions... do you think I should get the brand name one (Apexi, Sun Auto, Pivot etc) or the cheap one on ebay??

this is the box thing, right? does anyone know if this replaces the quasi-need for a ground kit (if any at all) or if its another department

these things apparently act kind of like a capacitor for a setero system... you eletrical system doesnt keep the same charge all the time or something along those lines... and this box is supposed to keep it constant and strong
