has anyone puts these on a lancer yet? its supposed to be designed for imports...

It's a universal muffler, so it should fit almost any import. Sounds to me like they don't want it to make quite as deep of a sound as the bigger American engines. I used to have I think a 50 series on my V6 Camaro, and it sounded awesome, if that helps you any. Of course, when shopping for JUST the muffler, sound is the only concern.
