NGK plug wires set ME-96. You'll find them listed for 99-02 1.8L Mirages. Our engines are so similar, they fit perfectly. You can order them from www.OptAuto.com, www.sparkplugs.com, or I can give the phone number for a guy I know who can get them.

 

I got Sparko wires... awsome looking threetime the size of stock... freaking big as all heck... and NGK iridum splugs... helps the engine idle better and got a little more push to it...

 

ok im a total noobie but..... how many sparkplugs do we have?!... and if i were to buy new ones then i should get one or two

I would go with NGKs for $20.00 You can't tell a difference but I couldn't tell a difference with $80 magnacore.

 

get the ngk spark plug wires and get the ngk iridium spark plugs... you shouldn't go wrong with that and it's still cheaper then the magnacore

 

This thread is more than a year old. If he doesn't have them by now, something tells me he's never getting them.

I wish you had bumped this a few weeks ago. They've got an O2 sensor for the front for $80. I thought the $96 I found was cheap.

You're buying Mirage wires. NGK hasn't been smart enough to notice that they fit Lancers and add it to the specs...

 

you can get "blitz spark performer".....but you won't be able to buy them in US, you have to get it oversea...I got mine from HK...
