Does anyone know where/if I can get just a new honeycomb to go in my MAF? Mine has a few dings in it and I think it might be causing my idling/stalling problems. Thanks!

I'm not certain you can. You may have to buy a whole new MAF, but I dunno for certain. I've never seen anyone who was able to buy the mesh by itself, but hey...you don't know if you don't try, right?
