will u be making pistons with a lower compression like 8.5 to 1, so u can run these with forced induction like turbo and run more boost!!

If I got a set of pistons would I have to get rods to go with them or can I just use the pistons? Also what kind of gains can we expect from these pistons?

Bump for another option

And I think those MIGHT be the pistons that they're selling. See, the 10.5:1 CRs would need the clearance for the valves, hence the cutouts. Out stock pistons have the flat area and a slightly raised area around the rim, not valve cutouts.... it looks like these may have filled in that recessed area, maybe slightly taller, so they wouldn't need the valve clearances.

The only time that you want to lower CR is "you're planning big boost above 20 psi". The 1g DSM guys use 2g slighly higher CR pistons. I don't think any 2g guys went backwards to the 1g level.

If you're going custom CR, I think 8.8:1 is a good compromise.

RRM sells ROSS while Dave B sell Wiseco. Two different manufacturers.

Not necessarily on the rods.

Don't start thinking it's plug and play like Grand Turismo HP. Real life stuff doesn't work 100% like it.

I don't have any part numbers to even reference from this, it's so old. I'm going to just say "no".
