What kind of specs would one be able to get from an 02' lancer with various mods short of turbo?

id recommend rebuilding motor with pistons rods and RPW cyl head
with camshaft cam gear and all that good stuff aloong with decompression
head gasket rrm tb intake manifold injectors intake and a bottle of NOS
im not sure if anyones done that setup i should have done something like that
and of course AEM EMS
