RIPP Prep

What's going on guys, can someone direct me to a thread or tell me if it would be alright to get rrm's piggyback ecu. I'm trying to prep my car for RIPP's stage 2 sc. Will rrm's piggyback conflict with RIPP's "Black Box"? If I do get the piggyback, will I end up taking it back out if favor of the black box?

What I got now:
RRM Front and Rear Strut Bars
K&N Typhoon Intake
Greddy Evo 2 catback exhaust
Magnaflow Hi-Flow cat
Hyper Ground 5-point ground
Hyper Voltage system type MR
Magnacore wires
Sprint lowering springs
Sport Max 17 inch Rims
Porterfield Carbon Kevlar brake pads
RRM Street Series slotted rotors
On the Way:
Mil eliminator
RRM tiebar
What I'm gonna get before summer:
RRM bored TB
RRM ported IM
RRM header
RRM bored fuel rail
RRM steel braided brake lines
RRM LSD
RRM Autocross sway bar perches
Progressive Sway Bar
Buschur Racing complete exhaust system (from the header back; 2.5 inch diameter instead of stock)
PDX's RS style trunk bar
Accolade's EVO VII Techsports Edition body kit
RRM piggyback ecu???
What I'm getting within 12 to 18 months from now:
RIPP stage 2 supercharger
RIPP auto trans cooler (...yes it's an auto)
Sometime later: (for more boost)
Pistons (maybe .30 over bore)
Rods
Camshaft
Camshaft pulley
Valves
Springs
Cylinder head
Head gasket

From what I know, the piggyback would be pointless with Ripp's system. Their black box controller takes care of all the ECU-related stuff with their own tunes, fuel curves, timings etc. The RRM one would be extraneous and potentially harmful, I imagine.

Besides, they both essentially do the same thing, the diff being that the RIPP box is already designed for the RIPP kit. The RRM one would be tough I'm guessing to tune for the RIPP kit, especially since RRM isn't likely to help much (even if they were qualified to work with RIPP's kit) in that effort.

no need for using the piggyback on the RIPP kit. and looking at what you have u will loose your intake for the sds. as neilschelly have said the black box is tuned for the kit. everything is set for you
all you need to boost safely with this kit is having a set of aftermarket header.

If I were you, I'd get the RPW header since they yield more power, tubes are extra long(meaning no need to buy a downpipe) and you can get a flex pipe to meet up with your cat. The flex pipe tubing has an opening of 2.75,perfect for 2.5 buschar exhaust. I have the RPW header and would reccomend it to anyone.

No, I believe the FCs came with the ability to have a stock LSD on a stock automatic.

The RPW Race Design header includes a downpipe. And it's Buschur btw. I think you'd be happy with any 2.5" exhaust, but in my opinion Buschur makes an amazing product, and has an unbeatable sound.
