More fuel

how would a bigger fuel rail help me out with stock fuel pump and injectors

I believe it's been covered already, but here's my understanding: the injectors and pump can handle both the needed pressure and necessary duty cycles; the rail itself is the immediate bottleneck, and a bored out rail provides on-demand fuel at high rpms.
