is this a good setup? passing emissions.

I currently have a Greedy catback exhaust and a injen short ram intake on my 02 lancer. I was thinking about getting the magnaflow high flow cat from rrm and possibly the header from them as well. My question is this, I live in Central PA and we now are required to pass an emission test.. the test consist of a fuel cap intergrity test and a OBD emissions inspection. Will the new cat and header cause me not to pass? Should I just go with the high flow cat or would I not see any improvement without the header install as well? any feedback would be great.

Header will cause an OBD error code.

You can get around it a few ways, though. Flip the cat around (so O2 sensor is after cat), get a MIL eliminator (search for it), or some spark plug spacers (search for it).

Otherwise, you're fine.
