greddy EVO catback ?
hey..i mightpick up a greddy catback from a local buddy of mine.. but he had it on his 03 oz.. and i have a 2004 lancer ES.. should fit right? since my car aint a ralliart.. same engine? same chasis? iono..i think i would fit..but just wanted to make sure.. thanks guys tried checkin out the greddy site.. but cant find my answer..hope someone could help me..thanks!
Have you tried searching? I could have sworn there was a thread a few weeks/months ago about this very problem. I believe it had to do with the 04s having a slightly different bumper and the exhaust would need to be extended by a few inches.
yeah..i did..cant seem to find it..so i posted.. i know it might have been brought up before on the fitment from oz to es with teh same yr.. but im sure the topic about fitting 03 exhaust to 04 ..havent been brought up yet.. so yeah..thats why i posted..checked greddy's site too..cant find any answers.. thanks for tryin thou bro.. apriciate it..

Hell it should fit. I picked up a Buschur catback from a guy with an 03 OZ for my 05 ES and it bolted right up, but I had to have the exhaust hangers welded on in the right place for my stock hanger locations. Cost my $10 at a local exhaust shop.

it fits last i knew. the only difference on an OZ and es that is remotly clse to where exhaust is is the sway bar, and that shuld make no difference.
hmmm, i think it might fit, theres was a thread while back where the discussion was about 02-03 catback fitting on a 04, and one guy wit an 04 ES said he put the magnaflow catback on his, and it just bolted right up. So hopefully it would, cause I'm actually wondering the same thing myself....lol
I realize that this is a really old thread, but if you check the part numbers between an 03 OZ and an 04 OZ they do not match up. Good luck working on that tho, if you end up getting it to work let me know...
