For those looking into Pulley Kits

I have seen some people on here looking for pulley kits. This might be something you might want to call on and check out to see if they will REALLY work on the lancer. Just go to overboost.com and select engine parts and select mitsu/lancer under pulleys and it pops up some for the lancer that isslenger makes. Might be worth some ivestigating guys. just an FYI.

Just as an FYI, the only person who successfully mounted an underdrive pulley on his car just found himself taking it off since the belt kept slipping. It's really quite a shame that Unorthodox (who makes the damn things for the 4G93) won't bother to look into offering it for the 4G94.

Well the fact that I've emailed them repeatedly about asking them to just grab a Lancer and a pulley they already make and just see if it'll have a snowball's chance in hell to fit, and they don't get back to me, I'd say yes, they're not terribly interested. They will offer up a custom set for some $ though. This has all already been expressed on the forum already.

Pulleys make less work for accessories therefore making more power for your engine at the ckrankshaft.

BTW- I was the one who had to take the pulley off, what a waiste of time and it for the Lancer specifically. Doesn't inspire much hope with me.

http://www.overboost.com/obs/browse_...&model_id=242. but as I was saying you need to call them to make sure it is the right application. Dont always trust what they say on the site.....I once ordered some headers for an altima and becuase they said they worked and recieved som edlebrocks for a rwd car....

You just made my day if that's legit. If you were able to nab the pulley number, could you grab the belt number as well, just as a double check of sorts?
