Engine feels/sounds ruff when turned off

Aftrer I shut off the engine, immediately afterwards there is some abrasive sounding movement and feeling to the car. It lasts about 1.5 seconds after the engine is turned off, any ideas? I'm using 10w30 high endurence synthetic, so I can't imagine it's the type of oil and my oil level is just a little below the top notch. I know the car didn't do this when I first got it but this is 45k+ miles on it so is this normal?

.....The abrasive sound occurs well after the breakin period...maybe around 20k or more miles...the timing belt hardens and also the spinner at which the timing belt moves about tends to squeal possibly because of corrosion. Its normal..dont worry about it.
