Would the Ripp pulley help us turbo guys out at all?

They have a small shaft pulley and they have a overdrive aluminum crank pulley?

 

nope... that pulley is specifically for the SC. It is a way for the SC to manipulate boost and hp/tq curves.

On a turbo application you'd want an underdrive pulley or just a lightened stock size one. Either way will show some gains for you.
