Question Bomz intake

HELP!
I have a part left over and dont have a clue where to put it or how it works! It is the Metal Arm with the holes in it. I really am lost with it and dont know where it goes! If any one know please tell me, I fell like a dumb butt!!!! Picture my help!

Probably supposed to be used to bolt down one of the necks of the intake so it doesn't move around in the engine bay and screw up anything... no idea where it would go on that intake though.

looks like if you add a housing(airbox) later, it help with mounting of the intake and filter. maybe

Its the bracket that you mount to keep the intake from moving around. If you don't put this on, it won't be secure and it(the whole intake) will fall off. That is no good cuz your engine will shut off. I know cuz this happened to me and i had to reset my ecu cuz the service engine soon light wouldn't go off.

Yep, it's a mounting bracket! I have that intake and thats how I mounted it to the valve cover. Works fine!

hey orange ball, can you show me a pic of yours installed cuz i just installed the Bomz one too but i'm not sure if i did it right. and plus i dunno where to put the damn brackets, please post a pic for us?

i meant to say orangebowl....god i'm tired now...

and plus if u show me your pic, i thnk i can rest in pease that my thing is installed properly...

how did u install the silicone hose that connects to the crank box to the body of the intake pipe? mine didn't come with any, tried to it the stock but didn't work, so i just took the whole thing off, is that how u do it?

god damn bracket....leaving my poor intake all dangly and jiggly inside.........i have to install my bracket soon... dont feel comfortable.

damn i talk too much when i'm tired...

if you look at the valve cover by the intake there is a threaded hold on the lower right side, you might be able to attach it there?
Mine attaches a little farther forward off of the valve cover...do you know where you need to attach the bracket to the intake at? throws some pics up if you need anymore help...Just poke around and im sure you can figure it out.

man...these are ttimes i wish i had a digi cam...

but what i can tell u is that i have the exact same above intake the BOMZ one.
