MegaSquirtII Install......Help/Input????
I'm about midway through the process of installing an MSII V3 conrolling fuel only at this point.
To control the fuel tuning aspect I will have to override/intercept the stock:
-CLT - coolant temp. sensor
-MAS (will be MAP tuned) -
-TPS - throttle position sensor
-IAC - Idle Air Controller
-IAT - Intake Air Temp.
-Fuel Pump/Relays
-Injectors/Relays
-O2 sensor
For the mean while I plan to leave, if possible, the stock ingnition setup. Would it be possible to leave the stock ignition system in place controlling spark? I can leave the stock ecu in place, along with the Crank Angle/Cam Angle sensor, manifold pressure differential sensor, stock coilpacks, stock plugs, and if need be I could keep the MAS inplace for volume airflow readings&IAT reading. (however I'd prefer to get rid of the bottleneck)
Any input would be appreciated
