RRM is nice and shiny for about 2 days, then it turns dull looking from the heat.

Yes louder (at least double) and smellier.

Actually it probably doesnt smell any worse with out the pre-cat, I have never run with only the second cat, I've always been catless. I spoke before I thought, sorry.

Reviving this thread because I'm contemplating a RPW header. I'm also going to be getting a RIPP supercharger soon but thought the RPW header and pipe would be a good start, especially since RIPP highly recommends replacing the header with their kit. Any current group buys/deals going on?

I saw that but I'm weighing towards the RPW for the CEL issue, or lack thereof.

PM Mitsiman to find out if any GB/ deals are going on. Also you can go to www.rpw.com.au and look up the US vendors to find the best price.

Ultimatly you need to decide on what you want the header to do.

It is proven that the RPW header produces more horsepower and more torque with its longer unners than the RRM unit.

If you are goign turbo and using the RRM kit then that of course is a better option for you.

Being supercharged the larger diamater pipe / logner tuned length runner package is always going to be better for you.

Its a case of horses for courses.

Its funny how it seems RPW is winning this, however the vote RRM is winning by 20% +...

And nobody seems to be defending RRM or redesign their headers so that they can match up with RPW if RPW is better?
