weird crap

ok anyone else with these symptoms.

weird noise from black sensor thingy connected to trottle body, almost sounds like circuits and stuff breaking, like you can here electricity running through it. the car idles horribly up and down, and when you turn the wheel it wants to stall, rpm drops really low. when i disconnect the harness for the sensor, the car idles at around 2200 rpms, but doesnt go up or down when i turn the wheel, im pretty sure whatever that thing is should be the problem, but what the hell is it.

Might want to post in the right forum, it says you have an evo and this is the lancer forum. By the sounds of it though you have an electrical problem.

Alright, I think it's an electrical problem and one that it might be better to take to the dealer to fix/diagnose.

ok after searching, i checked a few things and found out its the tps, and it clicks to pick up the idle, found a vaccum line with a cut leting air out, may have happened when i changed the p/s, and altenator belt, fixed that and adjusted the idle to 700, and the car runs better then when i first got it, just thought id post this in case anyone else had these symptoms

Gotta love those vac. lines! LOL

BTW, a house is more important than an Evo...well, at least to some.
