Well, lets start this off like this, i found out were the leak is, and it seems to be comming from the nipple right were the radiator valve is, so i assume thats were the fluid comes out when you drian it, my valve is turned all the way off and it keeps leaking. is there something that goes on the nipple or is the valve bad? anyone with any ideas?

 

Most likely bad valve.
