not sure if its worth it

Alright so I i just received the front upper and both rear strut bars for my 03 OZ. The vibrant one i have fits the mounts and clears everything perfect in the front.... except when i start to drive. obviously the engine moves a little bit when u punch the gas and especialy when im taking off cuz i got a manual. so basically my problem is the cruise control section is smashing against the bar a lot. I was delivering when i realized this so i had to take it off for the rest of the night. i would like to put it back on because i like the way it felt with it on (despite many opinions).

Now my dilemma is figuring out if its worth talking out the cruise control. this is because i would want to put it back in when time comes to sell off this car. so if any one could help me in telling me how easy it is to take off and put back on the entire cruise control system I'd appreciate it.

why not just ditch the bar and get one that fits properly?

its a half and half thing... i looked all over and couldn't find one that fits engine wise and wallet wise. and also cuz im kind of impatient.. i got the part sitting in my trunk and i know it would fit fine if i got the cruise control out i just don't no if its a big thing to take out and put back in. I mean ill keep looking but this one was affordable and i like the way it feels.

it takes seconds and a tiny vacuum cap to remove the solenoid--just remove it.

though the cruise solenoid is at the front of the car and i don't see how a strut bar could be impacting it.

It's not worth it.

Just get a new car and be done with it.

As said, you can get an RRM bar for cheap. Removing the CC would be a bear.

Although if you're really set on it, just remove the solenoid. You don't have to pull the whole system.
