Weird Feeling on my 02 Lancer... Jolts.

Hey, recently when I am in 1st, and shift up to 2nd, or basically in any gear when im upshifting, sometimes my car 'jolts'. like instead of goin 'uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuup' it goes 'uuuuuuuuuu-jolt-uuu-jolt-uuuuup'
i guess, in a way, it sorta pulls..?

iono I can't really explain.

has anybody experienced anything sorta like this or know what im talking about?

It could be caused by a bad tank of gas. You might need to change your spark plugs and check all the components in your ignition system - plugs, wires, coils. You're getting some bad detonation in one or more of your cylinders. Are you throwing a check engine light?

List of mods would help troubleshoot your problem too. Let say you had RRM's first version of the piggy, that would be a "normal problem" that you'd have to learn to live with.

It can be dirty fuel injectors, bad gas, bad driver, fouled plugs. or an array of other crap.

He says shift, so I THINK it might be STD, but I have an automatic, and I have the same problem, but everyone I know and their mother believes my tranny is shot, so I'm gonna be doing a tranny swap to manual

Oh okay. Thank you very much!

Are there any Performance spark plugs + spark plug wires that will fit the 02 ES Lancer?

Everything "engine-wise" will be the same. OZ=LS=ES, so you'll be getting the exact same wires and you "should" get the same plugs.
