Nope. Pulley and exhaust are fine to purchase now. You can use both with the turbo BUT you might want to wait on the exhaust. It's a good size for N/A, but when you're pushing more air (with the turbo), you might want to choose a bigger, free-flowing exhaust.

So my final, official answer is: just buy the pulley right now.
