I would highly recommend doing a complete valve cover gasket/valve stem gasket change.

the old plug in the left picture looks fine. The white picture has white on the tip which isn't too great. Now given, there are a lot worse looking plugs. But either way they NEEDED changing and have oil leaking in on them.
