Just wondering (and excuse my ignorance), are these reusable like the WORKS or are these one time use only?

i think it may be washable, but im not sure.. the booklet that came with it was all in japanese.

It's a Ralliart product. It's going to be very high quality, but you're also paying for the name.

Might sound like a stupid question but how do you wash it? Is it a dry filter or does it need to be oiled?

fill a bucket up with soap and water, dip it in a few times.. let it dry... i had to do this with my old car, i had a AEM dry flow filter.
