Ah thats good to hear. So their new piping completely solves the SES issue without any need for additional work? Now I just need to get hold of a vendor which has this new batch...

No difference expected. Any SRI or CAI should make about the same amount of power. It's basic airflow science, so it's not like any company can "reinvent the wheel", as it were...

I would seriously doubt that. You can choose to believe whatever you like, but I personally do not believe that one intake can truly be that much better than another (unless one is poorly made, etc.)

+1, SRI can only be made so well......it's not like one company completely redefines the law of physics and is able to cram in more air out of the same piping that it's competition uses. CAI shouldn't have any more hp gain.....1-2 if any over SRI because think about it.......they say you get the cold air from the bottom of the car..........

well what if it's a hot day???

Installed Fujita intake

Bought and installed the intake on my lancer. Like the sound and paid about $180 with shipping. I could tell a good significant difference in before and after the intake when driving "spirited".

Check out my cardomain for pictures. http://www.cardomain.com/ride/3046111
