Ralliart stock airbox and 08/09 lancers
Ralliart stock airbox and 08/09 lancers
So it looks like the new Ralliart has the same airbox set up as the base lancer. But, it looks like the front intake piece is bigger for more air flow with big holes in the radiator shroud like the EVOX does. This could mean a simple change on the stock airbox with a nice aftermarket panel filter with some increased flow from the bigger front intake piece and more cold air coming up through the shroud as well.

This sounds like an easy way to make out base lancers breath alot better with a stock airbox configuration if the pieces do mix and match from the new Ralliart. Could be a short and simple way to get some more air in

the GTS intake feeds to the front of the car where the intake manifold is. the RA feeds the turbo at the back/firewall of the engine bay. you COULD make a custom connection somewhere to adapt the intakes but why waste the money? a $20 cheapo cone air filter would do 10x better...
yea but any other air filter/intake combination makes the classic intake noise. If you could somehow upgrade a lancer to a lancer ralliart stock airbox/intake, it could add a littler performance and keep everything looking and sounding just like it came from the factory
