As title says, any word on what's going on with Injen and their work on a CAI for the 09?

How are you so sure? I've seen several people post saying the 2.4 quite possibly takes in more air then the 2.0. Also RRM released a different version of their SRI for the 2.4 then the version for the 2.0.
