08 Sparkplugs

Has anyone upgraded to better sparkplugs/wires other than Pulsestars, and would recommend them? Saw a couple kinds on speedcorps.com for the 08+ lancers.

other than specialty plugs like pulstars, the denso plugs already in our cars are on a premium level already, so its pretty hard to improve on those iridum plugs. I would only change my plugs if there was a need, for example, a colder plug for a Turbo or super charger project. then i would consider different brands.

Spark plug wires, not really sure, I am not sure what is out there for the new lancer yet but usually wires have become less and less a source a problems for reliability and performance.

anyone else tried other plugs?

I believe that our Lancers do not have spark plug wires. They use a coil pack on top of the plug itself.
