I would say it works nonetheless, but for 60 bucks i wouldn't buy it. if it was 20 bucks i would buy it and try it and let you know if it was any good. You would actually be better off buying stuff from RRM. If you look at ebay there are plenty of chips that gurantee horsepower and if you look at the feedback it'll let you know if they work or not.

The FAQ stuff sounds kind of legit...except for the warranty paragraph lol. But the way it's installed sounds more like a real tuning device. They do say that if installed correctly and you've tried everything and still don't notice a difference, you can return it. If you have some extra cash you should try it out.

good for eleventy billion horsepower to the wheels and MPG.

i'd buy (and already have, actually) something proven before risking putting a bad map on my car's ECU. there's the greddy e-manage, or the unit that RRM sells... both can be reprogrammed. you can also do it yourself with software, a laptop, and a cable.

you don't get "25+ HP" out of our cars for $59.95 (+ S&H).

...unless someone is having a fire sale on turbo kits.
