Pully if you want to feel a slight difference, exhaust if you want to hear a slight difference. Neither is a big upgrade so it depends on what you are looking for. I will say that both are worth it.

I really want a different sound but I dont want it to be all loud and ricey but at the same time I want to add some HPs. I plan on geeting it tuboed when my warrenty runs out and I get my wife another car but that will be a while from now. I thought about the CAI but I'm basically geeting my things in line I dont plan to start modding it until after the first of the yea. Alos Im not looking to spend a LOT of money after all I'm a senior in college so I dont have a lot of money to spare.

^warranty runs out?

better start driving cross-country. 100,000 miles OR 10years is far away.

go with the intake, the pulley will void your powertrain warranty
