Exhaust or Intake?

I was wondering which mod to do to my car first, exhaust or intake? Also does anyone know where I can get a sound clip of the greddy exhaust. I have heard the magnaflow but before I make a decision I would like to hear the greddy exhaust. Any help would be nice.

unless my butt dyno lied to me you will actually feel a little difference with an intake. the exhaust just makes a little sound.

it's like asking "sounds fast or goes fast?"
Intake will give you more performance, more torque and horsepower, while exhaust will give you a little but of horsepower but unfortunately rob you of your torque (which is what makes acceleration). So I'd say intake, then the exhaust can compliment it later if you want.
