Do you have a Pzev or Fed spec lancer? I'm assuming fed, but if u have the pzev the Header will make your CEL come on unless you buy the thing to fix it from RRM as well. I think you should be good for inspection as long as you don't mess with the cat.

 

All these new cars they dont usually do an actual tail pipe gas analysis anymore. They plug in the OBII reader and it tells them if everything is ok or not.
