Hmmm well i only payed 19,000 for my 09 GTS with S&S Navi and fast key and tinted windows
It was brand new as well not used

 

I really wish the lancers had been out for a year when I got mine. I got an 08 ES, got it the day they arrived on the lot in april 07, no options whatsoever and i paid about the same you did. They really weren't willing to haggle at all with a kid in college.
