does any body have nitrous in their lancer? whats your expirience?

what are the pros and cons of using nitrous in our cars? and what type of setup would be better? what are the differences?

seems like the best bang for the buck...

No pun intended but it is a good "BANG" for your buck! Would not recommend nitrous unless you really know what you are doing. Also, only use a wet system on our set up. I would not use more then a 50 shot. That is my personal opinion. I am sure others have theirs!

 

It's going to cost so much money o do that also... If you have a couple grand laying around go for it and let us know how much money in repairs you spend lol.

 

Throw your warranty out the door along with your tranny behind you that just blew!

 

a friend of mine put nitrous on his 08 lancer gts, and it was all good. then he started getting the itch for more power. he started with a 50 shot and all was good. for a while then went to a 75 shot things seemed okay... then he was trying to race a ford focus and blew his engine......
i just laughed at him

 

lol trying to race a focus? do you really have to try to? no. Hell, Im good with my stock car and can keep up with 'those type of cars'.

as for the nitrous. its stupid. the lancer is a economy car. nothing more nothing less. you wont see big gains unless you have money to make it happen, and that would usually result in voiding your warranty and your better off using that money towards a evo or a TL type S. Hell anything plus ud get a warranty. lol
