Angry Need help with a motor mount

ok guys I am a noob let me throw that out there lol. I am replacing The front motor mount on my 04 lancer es. I cant get to the back bolt so I have to drop the brace that the motor mount is on. There are 3 bolts and one of them is stripped. I stripped it cuz the sucker wouldnt budge, it even broke my snap on tool...I am thinking I have to drill it out and re tap the thread. but my concern is that the bolt goes into what appears to be the subframe and it is enclosed. That part of the subframe appears to hold the front end on so I just cant drop it. Just in case I am saying the wrong terms I have included some pics. thanks guys I appreciate everything!

The black bar can be removed without the engine falling. I have done it myself many times to replace my front motor mount.

take a grinder and grind the head off of it, that will do the trick for removing the brace , once the brace is out the engine will free float because it is still attached by the left and right motor mounts.

Agreed. You also have 2 more motor mounts up top if you haven't touched those.
