so my OZ lost a clutch and a cat within the same month,
its down in the garage getting the clutch rebuilt and the inspection is out and i have a code from the front converter, now all you lancer owners know that the CHEAPEST they come is 320$, which to me is ridiculous, so i had the idea to just get a set of ebay headers so that i save 200$ and it looks/sounds a little better.

QUESTION: i live in an emmissions county and i need to know if i can pass emissions with
ebay headers, magnaflow weld on back cat, and stock cat back,

i think yes but i dont want to buy headers i cant legally use, thx :]

I don't think you will pass emissions with that header, since it removes the first cat.

 

Depends on how your state does the emissions. If all they do is plug up the obd2 port then go for it. In Washington, thats all they do. Not sure what year if even will they do the sniffer tests.
