im pretty sure it wont because our strut towers are higher with respect to the mounting point than the Evo 9s, unless you make a bracket for the motor that lets you mount the ETD high, but then you lose rigidity, unless the bracket you make is really wide and thick.
ohh i guess your right lol i might just get something similar to yours with the brackets and then use a 1/4 piece of angle iron for the bracket which would pretty much look like the bracked u made

finally, I have pics of the improved bracket lol. added two side triangular sections for a lot more support! yes I did all the welding myself lol and a crappy paint job
I also used some new hardware for the damper connections to the brackets themselves.

nice man, but IMO putting the mount point for the motor that high isnt so good because you are putting a lot of stress on that bracket which makes it bend easier, but I guess if its thick enough it should hold up! lol thats why i didnt mount mine to the strut tower and make a tall bracket off the motor mount...
Yeah I just went with what was sent. I should be getting my motor mount set here really soon, so I will have no need for the damper. I honestly hate the freaking thing. If you notice which I doubt in my pics, The left screw on the third mounting point of the strut bar, it doesnt go in all the way due to the mount under the strut bar.
