The HKS RS kit uses a nice little metal inlet pipe after the MAS and a their standard Mitsu MAS adaptor before it. The only real thing you'd be able to use is the adaptor and filter assembly. Only really one way to try it out is to buy it and tinker with it. You'd have to fabricate some sort of bracket I'm sure to allow it to stay in place. I'm using the 3G Eclipse SMF setup and it's worked great.
