polyurathane bushings for exhaust?
Duct Tape. lolghetto-rig it...take some clothes hangers...and...well u know the rest. Honestly im still stock and havent had the money to buy an exhaust, so i dont know how it is under there really. But if u find anything out that'd be cool so when i finally get my exhaust, i can be all prepared etc.
When I was too lazy to reset my cat-back I used braided steel wire.
Worked like a charm, but it allowed the tip to touch my bumper and melt it a little.
Ah well, it was already a little melted from the initial seating.

couldnt you just take off the old mounts.. put in a set of holes and try to zip-tie throught he holes.. would make that part much stiffer and leave the ends still flexible so that it can still bounce a little without cracking the pipes? I know its ghetto, but until someone makes new mounts for our cars its a fix

PU would be the best thing to change to. Honestly, someone should just take off their hangers and comapre them at a speed shop.
I'd volunteer my car while down for repairs, but I doubt I'll have the time.

Take some pictures of your hangers if you can Andrew (or anyone) and email them to Kartboy or Energy. See what they have to say. Shame my brother killed his digital camera so I may have to buy my own which will put my suspension plans on hold.
I went a different route... my exhaust shop just welded solid steel rods from my exhaust up the hanger locations. About 3/8" rods. My exhaust does not move
And it doesn't vibrate the care at all really either!

Hanger update
Okay, so I've been searching since yesterday, and this is the only thread I found that deals exclusively with the hangers and isn't misspelled in the title (although giggling pipes make me laugh).
So I found that Kartboy doesn't make the Evo hangers anymore, but I found this place that still carries them:http://www.teamrdr.com/store.php/pro...xhaust-hangers
I also ran across two other manufacturers of the poly hangers, but they only carry the figure 8 hangers, not the weird side hanger for the muffler that has two opposing mount holes. ANy idea where to find this other one? I bought some of the figure 8s, but want the side deal to adjust the center of the exhaust tip. Welding is going to be a PITA, so I'm trying to avoid it...and not let a shop mess with it.

And to end the discussion of where to find what's out there:

and

still haven't found the perpendicular hangers, but I guess I'll have to rig something up.

I ended up getting the Cusco hangers, and they're uber stiff. Only issue is that the opening is too wide for the hanger bars, so I solved this with some screw-on hose clamps to hold the hangers in place. They are about a 1/2" shorter than stock hangers, and have no stretch that I could feel, with limited flex...def the most support you'll get without a direct weld (which I don't want to do, as I can only imagine the extra torsion that would place on the flexpipe).
If I can't find the opposing angle hangers for the muffler and passenger-side pipe hangers, I'm going to have an exhaust shop bend the hanger bars to fit the figure-8 hangers.
Please follow-up in this thread if you find the opposing-hole hangers elsewhere that are polyurethane!
