Well that's just like a turbo, if you bolt up a turbo wrong it will blow up the motor to... I hear alot more people here breaking things related to turbo than nitrous 10 fold. Like I said do ALOT of research first and you'll be fine.

I was considering doing a wet nitrous kit on my car (50) just for some fun punch. I have worked with nitrous allot and used it on a few of my previous vehicles (03 mustang, 93 mustang) but have never attempted it on a 4cyl. The general rule of thumb is no more than 20 hp shot per cylinder on stock internals. but that is also very dependent on what your motor can handle. I have no experience with our motors (mine is the 4b12) but there is a turbo kit for them rated at 5-7 lbs of boost. turbo kit increase pressure and heat in the combustion chamber the same as nitrous do. The motor will handle nitrous... its just a matter of how much before it goes boom. I would not run more than a 50 shot and dont use a dry system unless you want to pop your motor.

With the open deck, and lack of block webbing that the NA 4B11/2 has, the internals probably aren't the issue when it comes to NoS.
