What performance increase will this add? Im kinda at a loss on that

It wont add any performance. It will just free up some horsepower that was lost in the drivetrain and it will rev a bit quicker too.

Does it affect warranty in any way? Pretty easy to install?

Definitely affects warranty. U will need to lift the car to get access to the crank pulley, but pretty easy to install.
