Ok so i'm the new guy here, i currently own a 2001 eclipse gs (sportronic) i was looking at the RRM turbo kit for the new lancer, however i would want more hp, more like 350whp range is there any company that offers forged pistons for the new lancers? I'm trying to decide which route to go for a project car.

-3g eclipse / evo 8 head & turbo (purchase a manual since mine is sportronic)

-lancer with RRM kit and built internals to raise boost

-4g eclipse gt with RIPP supercharger

I had a 2003 galant before, Eclipse had the same engine, 4G64 or 4G72 I think.... it's been a while.

Try to contact RRE or so. Turbo setups for the new 4Bxx engines will be different than the old 4Gxx series. They handle boost differently. Man, I miss those old school bullet proofed cast iron blocks...
