What Catalytic Converter to get for 2003 Lancer OZ

What Catalytic Converter to get for 2003 Lancer OZ
Will I need to change the exhaust manifold as well or just the cat? It seems a lot of people change both, not sure why. If I get a universal one like this one:

it seems I would need to use aftermarket front pipe. So I guess I would need a welder
