4g93/4g94 Tune Question
the time to do this conversion is coming close for me and still getting lots of stuff together and have some questions.
1. Did anyone upgrade fuel system as well (injectors, fuel pump etc)
2. Anyone take to shop to tune or DIY tune
3. Should i get AFR wideband with this conversion
4. Did you keep stock lancer ECU?
still new to the tuning scene and this is probably the biggest thing i will do to my car mechanically.

You can use WRX 440cc injectors and a Walbro fuel pump for upgrades.
2. Anyone take to shop to tune or DIY tune
Alot more members are doing their own tunes these days. But I would strongly suggest reading, reading and then read some more about doing your own tune.
3. Should i get AFR wideband with this conversion
Wideband O2 is a necessity. No two ways about it.
4. Did you keep stock lancer ECU?
You have the option to flash an Evo ROM to your Lancer ECU OR you can swap in an Evo ECU. Either option will yield the same results.

it sort of answers my questions. I'm just trying to find out from the other people that have completed this conversion if they did anything else to their cars or did they just slap the head on thats all...i should have this done by spring time and then by summer have a custom 16g done. About to purchase a block and just piece everything together so i can still drive my car and then take it to the shop to swap the engines. So while doing that i'll add new motor mounts and the apr studs just wondering what else i should do while i break the engine in for those couple of months before adding the forced induc
